Kris Laine

With over 25 years of diverse real estate experience, Kris Laine brings passion, drive and determination to the Northern Colorado real estate market. In 1988, Kris began her career in Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles, California. Quickly discovering her passion for the business, she expanded her knowledge and expertise to include Leasing, Sales, Management and Investment achieving many Local, National and International awards throughout her career in Los Angeles.

In 2006, Kris and her family relocated to Fort Collins, Colorado, where she focused her energy on family and juggling her 3 very busy children. In 2014, after thoroughly exploring all her options, she made the decision to re-enter the real estate profession. Since coming back, Kris has embraced helping Buyers and Sellers in all aspects of Real Estate. Her extensive and broad knowledge base, along with her passion, drive and determination has brought much success achieving Top National sales rankings for 3 consecutive years.

Kris has been married for 33 years to her husband Steve. Her children Matthew, Katherine and Olivia have acclimated well to the Northern Colorado. Kris is an avid cyclist, hiker and fitness enthusiast. Her commitment stretches throughout the Fort Collins community. She and her husband actively support several organizations including: Junior Achievement, CMEC (Colorado Moves to End Cancer), Boys & Girls Club of Larimer County, Rotary Club of Fort Collins and The Better Business Bureau.
